Is the mobile app included in my plan?
Yes. The LoanPulse mobile app is included with every plan — Starter, Pro, and Enterprise. There’s no additional charge. Download it from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) and log in with your existing credentials.
Does the app have all the same features as the desktop?
Nearly all of them. You can manage your pipeline, communicate with leads, view reports, respond to reviews, and access contact profiles. The only features that remain desktop-only are advanced workflow builder configuration and bulk data imports — tasks you’d typically do during initial setup.
How does offline mode work?
LoanPulse caches your contacts, pipeline, recent activity, and notes locally on your device. When you lose signal, you can still browse this data and make changes. Once you’re back online, everything syncs automatically in the background — no manual action needed.
Can I make calls and send texts directly from the app?
Yes. Tap any contact to call, text, or email. Calls are placed through your phone’s native dialer but automatically logged in LoanPulse with duration and timestamp. SMS messages are sent via LoanPulse’s built-in messaging system so they’re tracked and stored with the contact record.
Is my data secure on the mobile app?
Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. The app supports biometric login (Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint) and automatic session timeout after inactivity. Enterprise users get additional controls including remote wipe capability and device management policies.
What devices and OS versions are supported?
